Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Is a great listener and has helped me with many issues I have had.
She’s very nice and easy to talk to.
Very kind, easy to speak with, and has been able to provide very useful/beneficial recommendations.
Arielle is great and has helped me in so many ways kind, caring and understanding
Arielle instantly made me feel comfortable and confident in talking to her. She’s very relatable and kind. I feel like she’s really helped me and I’m so glad to have matched with her. I highly recommend her!
I think she is a very nice, down-to- earth individual and I appreciate her guidance. I find talking to her to be very relieving and it opened my eyes as to why I've been struggling for so long. With her I'm learning how to deal with my struggles in a manageable, constructive way so I don't feel so isolated and confused. I now know who to turn to when things are bad. Thank you so much.
Very understanding and helpful with coping techniques. Really tries to understand the root of the issue.
I worked with another counselor for over 6 months before working with Arielle Ballard. In one 30 minute session, I got more accomplished in terms of structuring goals, building coping mechanisms, and recognizing thought patterns, than I had in the 6 months working with the other counselor. I'm pleased with my progress and am very greatful to Arielle.
Arielle is both knowledgeable and compassionate. She has provided me with some great resources and tools to help me understand what is beneath the behaviors. She checks on me frequently, which I appreciate. I like that I can schedule an online session with her when I need to, and I can get scheduled relatively quickly. I never feel rushed through a session. I would definitely recommend her to others who need help working through their mental health issues.
Arielle is very attentive, supportive and knowledgeable about what she does. You can tell she cares about her clients and treats them with compassion, respect and kindness. She’s helped me very much with my issues and would recommend her to a friend or colleague
Great listener and is able to respond to my sporadic point of views while I’m under self destructive moods and other things.
Arielle is extremely understanding and knowledgeable about difficult relationship and self awareness problems. She listens but also responds with actual suggestions and solutions instead of just being someone to vent to. I highly recommend her for relationship and insecurity issues.
I’ve been with Arielle for a few weeks and I feel like she understands what to say and when to say it. She is great at having me think about the roots of the problem and not just the problem itself. She is an amazing therapist and extremely helpful.
