Brett is a great counselor who listens well, helps you develop solutions from within, but who also guides you where appropriate. He has helped me immensely in multiple areas of my life. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to work on growing and continuing to develop.

Healthy people seek out help and this is why I have great respect for anyone who takes the first step to seek out counseling. I enjoy working with any person who is motivated to overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or more severe disorders. I work as a counselor at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in the Emergency Department and also in the outpatient counseling. I also see patients through Telehealth Hope Counseling and meet with people through the computer for their convenience. I have over 15 years of experience as a licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor and I have the experience needed to treat these problems. I believe telehealth counseling provides: increased access to care, reduced cost of care, improved convenience, saves you time because your time is important and improved outcomes for you. I say improved outcome because telehealth does something for you that in-person visits can’t do. It removes barriers because you can feel more comfortable in your own home or office. I enjoy helping those with depression and anxiety and use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help with these common issues.

I look forward to meeting with you at your convenience.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

He has been a true blessing and I am glad I took that leap of faith and utilized his knowledge. I can assure you that he will get answers if he is unsure of the proper way to handle an issue. I led him down a road that he had not dealt with much and he was great.
