Dr. Glover cares about you and is good at finding solutions that work with you.

Reviewed February 2020

Dr Glover is flexible and understanding of each client's unique situation, especially regarding work/life balance and availability. This facilitates a counseling schedule that is tailored around the client's daily life commitments. Because of such accommodations, I think Better Help is on the cutting edge of providing support and services that work for each individual, rather than disrupt the individual's life to facilitate rendered services, as is very typical with other institutions.

The first time I saw Dr. Glover on video chat, I got mad. I had requested someone over 45 and there was no way this woman was over 45. Come to find out, she is actually pushing 55, and apparently black really doesn't crack. She is open, genuine, non-judgmental, honest, and personable. She is way over qualified for this job, just read her credentials, you won't finish reading it, i will watch you try to finish reading it. They are so long I gave up halfway through and was like, alright, I really get it, you know what you're doing. We have established trust, we have a rapport that I wasn't expecting to happen as fast as it did, and I really respect her. I have a feeling she is going to walk me through some of the hardest parts of dealing with myself in a real way, and I just know that this is good. This is good for me.
