Dana has been absolutely amazing! She has been respectful, personable, relatable, and especially insightful! Dana has taught me so much in a few short months. I feel held accountable while also feeling cared about personally. I cannot thank her enough for all she has taught me in dealing with my depression, anxiety, and interpersonal relationships. Dana is an excellent therapist, relatable and professional, kind and direct, a good listener and an educator, a friend and a support system all while respecting boundaries and being discrete. I was highly hesitant on therapy, honestly it was a last resort for me. But it was one of the greatest decisions i have made in the goal of self care. I picked Dana from an extensive list of recommended therapists due to her expertises and specialties but mostly because of her picture. She looked sweet and professional and grounded. This has all been extremely true, and I feel so happy to meet with her and tell her all the good news and how everything is improving and to also learn more about how to improve that which is not excelling :) Thank you Dana! I really appreciate your flexibility and understanding and for being just so cool :D 10/10 GOAT

My guess is you hate the person in the mirror because they are so different from what you pictured for yourself by now. You don't know how anyone else could love you because you can't even stand yourself. Are you lost in life and searching for purpose? Maybe you've lost that initial spark in your relationship and are desperately trying to get that feeling back. Or stuck in a rut at your job and just want to quit. You overthink everything and somehow you accomplish nothing. Life has got you overwhelmed, exhausted, unmotivated, hopeless and wondering why you even get out of bed in the morning. Are you getting in your own way?
Imagine one day you wake up motivated for your dream job, you actually smile back at the person in the mirror, you are surrounded by people who light your fire all day, and you get excited for the life you created after work. That's what it feels like when you have developed self-worth. It takes a brave soul to get in touch with one's vulberabilities, but if you do that you will better understand what you truly need and how to effectively get it. The first step is learning to love and take better care of yourself. It's time to put you first!
I have worked in a range of settings (community, residential, private practice) for the last 6 years. I have intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which helps clients better regulate their emotions and work well with others. My specialty is working on mindfulness and mind/body connection because I believe that when we take some time to listen to our bodies, we find the ability to better take care of ourselves and truly understand what we need. I believe in the importance of self-care and self-love which will ultimately attract the life you want and help improve relationships with others. When we allow ourselves to embrace our vulnerabilities, we can come out on top as stronger, more confident individuals and accomplish our goals. My strongest specialties include helping clients improve self-esteem, understanding the weight loss journey, anxiety management, identity issues, and relationship issues.
I can help you because I was that person above once. I've done the transformation myself and have the DBT and mindfulness skills that will teach you how to love yourself, work well with others, handle your emotions, and attract the life you want. Together we will discover ways to be more comfortable being you and better able to navigate the stressors surrounding you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Dana has always made me feel safe and understood; she can connect things to her own experiences very well. She is very genuine, easygoing in her interpersonal style, and adaptable. I would highly recommend her.
Counseling is like dating: most people would benefit from a good partner in life, but you can't expect that just anyone you go on a date with will be a good fit for you. I've been on my share of terrible first sessions, I've been hurt by counselors I should have been able to trust, I've found people who have truly helped me, only to be forced to part when life circumstances just wouldn't let us go on together anymore. My experiences have taught me that I need someone in my life, but I should be careful who exactly I open myself up to and feel grateful when I have someone really special in my life. I feel cosmically blessed to have Dana as a counselor. I am not qualified to begin describing how good she is at her job, but I regularly find myself wishing that everyone I care about had their own Dana.
Dana is so easy to speak to and helps me figure out different ways to cope with my anxiety. I can message her with any problems I'm having and know she'll help me cope with them, I feel very comfortable speaking to Dana and know I can talk about anything and she'll never judge.
Great at her job, really helpful and provides valuable insight to my perspectives
She makes me feel very listened to
Dana is so awesome! We vibed very well from my very first session. She has such a great, relatable attitude and we smile and laugh about something in every session. She takes me seriously and doesn't judge at all. She has a great balance of listening and teaching. I've learned a lot already and am looking forward to every session. Sessions with Dana have become a most welcome and sacred part of my week. I always leave the session feeling a little better with something new I learned and lots of thoughts to reflect upon. She is an excellent therapist, would highly recommend her.
Dana has been a huge asset in terms of my well-being and healing journey. Having her as a part of my toolbox and support system has been vital during this very challenging season of life. I appreciate the different perspectives, guiding questions, and encouragement she provides. Thank you Dana!
Extremely friendly and relatable
You always know when a person is truly listening to you, Dana is that person. I always leave the therapy sessions with such a clear mind and a game plan to handle whatever emotions I may be feeling at the time.
Dana has been a pleasure to work with so far. She understands exactly what I’m trying to say, even if I don’t know exactly how to express it. She’s a great listener and I feel like she has already helped me see things in a different light and has already helped me a lot.
Dana is extremely thoughtful and knows exactly how to help steer me in the direction I need to when it comes to facing my personal challenges. She is patient, but also knows when to challenge me into being better. I’ve been seeing Dana for a little over a year now and I have seen amazing results!
Dana has been a blessing to my life. She is the support I need and the other voice that keeps me at bay with my thoughts and feelings. One day I will visit that woman to thank her for helping me to open up my life again!
I think Dana is really cool and down to earth. I got the feeling right away that she truly wants people to live their best life, whatever it may be.
Dana is so intuitive and perceptive that it might best be described as a super power. She could have her own graphic novel. I am really looking forward to seeing how we combine insights with a plan to move forward!
Dana is utterly brilliant. She has a knack for digging through problems and finding just the right tool or technique to apply. Couldn’t have gotten through my stuff without her, and I’d recommend without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dana!
Dana is really starting to challenge my thinking in a constructive way, offering alternative points of view and really helping me grow. Thank you!
I had not had a long history of therapy when I started with BetterHelp, so opening up was really challenging at first- and still is sometimes. Dana supports me or even lightens up the conversation when I'm struggling with sharing my experiences. In other settings I felt intimidated by therapists, like they were leading me to have one answer at the end of a session. I look forward to sessions with Dana because I can really let my guard down and trust that she will keep me working towards my goals in a patient and holistic way.
Dana is kind, understanding, and attentive. She makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend that obtains the expertise to help me out. From only two sessions, I've found that I'm already excited to get better and have become a lot more confident.
Dana, you’re basically Wonder Woman. You keep me aligned to my values and hold up a mirror when I’m not. The info and tools you’re sharing with me are brilliant, and are helping me do the deep work I need, to grow. Thanks for holding my hair back while I spew emotions sometimes too, tough gig, but I’m grateful.
Dana is amazing. Every week I leave our session energized ready to tackle whatever I had been hesitant about.
Friendly, good natured. Genuinely cares from inside her professional role.
Life’s thrown me challenges in work, relationships and home all at once, and I’m just so grateful for Dana’s care and support while I navigate my way through. Thank you Dana!
Dana's a wonderful therapist. I feel that she can empathize with me so easily. I also don't feel ashamed sharing my problems with her. She's the first professional I've engaged with so far that has helped me tremendously. I'm happy BetterHelp connected us.
She really helps me find methods to help me cope so well. I feel like I can trust her and that I can talk to her with ease. I would definitely recommend her.
