Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Do you really want to change your life? Then look no further. This therapist can help you. It will not be easy. She will make you see issues that you did not even realize were there. She has a remarkable ability to cut through the crap and get to the core of the issue. You have to do the work. And the work, by the way, is in your life not in the ‘betterhelp’ chat room. She will always show up for you. She will support and encourage you and she will challenge and push you. It’s wonderful and it’s painful. It works and your life is worth the investment. I trust her and I do not trust humans easily. I can tell her anything (and have) and I know, for real, she does not judge. What a gift that is. Professor Starr is one amazing person. Warm, energetic, intuitive, professional with a characteristic which has winners (directed, self-confident, reasonable in decision-making and what is particularly adorned is that she does not give up easily). On her magically way she creates the illusion that she's present in every moment to your life and always ready to offer you a piece that is missing or to pick up scattered pieces and merge them together. She very quickly responds, and frequency of communication is directed to the needs of the client. The client is not walking wallet. Her client is personality, to whom she is genuinely dedicated. Thanks to her I could resolve my personal dilemmas, and I think that will drastically affect the quality of my life. I'm sure that her work effects will last longer than a period in which she will be my therapist, which is the only indicator of the success of therapy. Great job. Thank you, Proff. Starr.
