Welcome! My name is Dr. Emily Kowalski. I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Medina, Ohio.

My passion is helping my clients pursue personal goals, achieve wellness, and savor the joys of life.

I provide evidence-based treatment for depression, stress, trauma-related difficulties, relationship issues, chronic mental health conditions, and general personal growth.

My psychotherapy approach includes cognitive behavioral, short-term psychodynamic, and humanistic elements. My interpersonal style is friendly, open-minded, empowering, respectful, and flexible. Regarding my credentials, I completed my undergraduate education at Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania in 2003. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Toledo in 2008. I worked for ten years at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, and transitioned to a virtual private practice in 2019.
