Dr. Dockery has a way of reflecting back the essence of my stuck points and glimmers of healthy coping behaviors to try to amplify. She gives me resources and makes connections after our sessions through messages which shows genuine follow through. Her calm, gentle approach is welcome during a dark, confusing time.
