Erin is really understanding and easy to talk to. For me she’s a good match, she gives me multiple resources for me to use to continue to help me outside our sessions. I feel comfortable with her and really trust her insights. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need for stress, anxiety, loss of a loved one and relationship problems.

My name is Erin and I have been working as a counselor since 2007. I am dually licensed as a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). Throughout my career I have worked with different populations, however the majority of my experience comes from working with individuals who have a substance use disorder. Other areas of focus have been with youth and families experiencing crisis, which includes grief/loss, anxiety, DCPP involvement and others.
I approach all of my clients from a person-centered standpoint because I believe that providing an empathetic atmosphere is an important foundation to begin the process of change. I utilize CBT/ DBT approaches but often pose existential questions to my clients. I tend to tailor my approach to my client’s needs. My goal is to assist individuals
in identifying goals that they would like to work towards and help them to come up with a plan to achieve them.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support you.
I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
