I’ve been in therapy on and off my whole life, with most of it on. Ali is one of the good ones. I am able to connect with her on a level that people dream of when searching for a counselor. She is non judgmental, in a way where I can really tell her everything, and get the most out of our time together. She has helped me see and dismantle so many negative patterns in my life. We had a hiatus for a few years and coming back was the one of the best decisions I’ve made in my healing journey.

Ali is brilliant, attentive, and empathetic. She draws from a broad range of scientific, religious, and artistic sources to provide insight. She is also kind and funny making the process so much more engaging.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Ali is a truly wonderful therapist and I think it’s due to her breadth of knowledge combined with innate intelligence and intuition. Therapy with her has felt collaborative the whole way through, and she really has enabled my own inspiration. I’m really glad I was paired with Ali, and will return to BetterHelp when I need to, purely to work with her.
