I began therapy to help discover my personal identity. I was struggling coming to terms of my sexual orientation, and how to "come out" to my family and friends. I was terrified everyone would abandon me because of the narrow mindness of the small town I live in. Dr. Collins sent me links explaining different types of orientations and pronouns and really helped me discover who I was, and gave me tips on how to tell those around me, but expressed how important it was that I only do so when I was comfortable doing so. Dr Collins helped me regain my confidence in therapy, and I'm now open to those close to me who are so supportive and loving. I highly recommend DR Collins!
