Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience in a clinical setting. My goal is to help you expand your emotional intelligence so you can better understand yourself and people around you. This way, you'll know which tools can work best for you. You can find more harmony within yourself and in the way you interact with others, no matter what you're going through or what traumas you've experienced.

My style is friendly and warm, yet very assertive. At a comfortable pace to you, we can get to the core of the issues that you may be aware or not aware of (unconscious), and you can get specific insights on how to adjust certain patterns that may be keeping you stuck or holding you back.

You will better understand that what you feel about someone or a situation has a lot more to do with how you’re thinking than the actual person or situation per se. When you expand your mind a bit to a new perspective, you’ll notice how you can instantly feel differently. For this reason, you can benefit more from our sessions if you approach it with curiosity and an open mind.

We can also go beyond the surface of what you're aware that you're thinking and feeling (conscious of) to what you may not be aware (meaning your subconscious). If you 're noticing that you want to be a certain way, but your actions contradict you, want to change something about your personality, or feel a certain way about yourself, but you can't even if you try, that means there's something in your subconscious that is preventing it. Once we bring the issue to your awareness, and resolve it, you can then transform from the inside out.
