I love talking to Elizabeth, she helps me look at my problems in new ways and has also helped me work through some of the trauma that has been holding me back from having good self esteem. This has been a hard year for so many but I’m thankful to have found such a thoughtful and supportive therapist to help me get through it.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Nevada and Arizona with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in a variety of settings from treatment foster care to inpatient psychiatric hospitals and now in private practice. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and stress.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I use a non-judgemental approach and refrain from using labels when possible. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. I also am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, the most researched and effective treatment for those who have experienced trauma.

I believe that clients can make as much progress as they are willing to work for. I will show up for you and help you reach your goals and you need to do the same.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
