Hello and thank you so much for taking the 1st step in enhancing your life, it takes much courage to be here!
There are a few things you may want to know about my approach, along with those things you may inquire on about the person they will be trusting while you embark on your journey to better health. I have been practicing mental health since 1999 from a psychiatric units, out patient community mental health centers and actively in practice from my solely owned private office (established 2013). After being a non-traditional student (started higher education later in life) I have enjoyed this 20 year experience of support encouragement and gentle guidance through non-judgmental, unbiased care. With my range of experience and diversity of clientele, It has been my pleasure to witness the positive outcomes clients have had through the practices of; CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) and Client Centered therapy all of which are evidenced based best outcome practices.
In working with my clients I have had the thrill to watch them grow, develop, and enhance their lives and on occasion, return for fine-tuning. It's exciting when treatment goals are achieved and life improves - I invite you to be part of the process of either enhancing your life or perhaps creating a new life that is stronger and more bold with grace, confidence and direction.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I've been working with Rhonda for some time now. I've found her to be very easy to talk to and just what I needed; when I needed it. I'm also a mental health professional, so I'm probably picky. Rhonda is a stand out therapist and an ally. You'll be glad you spent the time in session with Rhonda.
Rhonda really listens and provides valuable feedback and insights in real time.
When my 1st therapist left Better Help I was very apprehensive about starting with a new therapist. I'm so glad I kept moving forward and found Rhonda. She hs challenged me in areas I wasn't even aware of. Getting through the hard stuff and healing with every appointment. Whether it be teaching me tools for coping, encouraging to find joy or speaking up with what matters to me, Rhonda has been on point on how to achieve these things. I'm so very grateful for her guidance.
Rhonda has truly been so helpful and always helps me focus on what’s important. She guides me and gives me tools to deal with each of my situations. I appreciate her always listening and trying to understand my problems with no judgements.

Rhonda is so helpful when offering ideas. She makes it feel like it’s ok to just feel my feelings and then pulls our session together with activities that are actually useful.

Rhonda is wonderful
Rhonda has been an intrical part in my mental health journey over the last 3 years. Even though I took a 9-month break, we picked up right where we left off when I reconnected with her.
She is so helpful! She helps you focus on your goals and implement great ways to achieve them. She is kind and a great listener.
Rhonda provides healthy feedback and encourages positivity. She offers a variety tools and processes that have helped lift the heaviness of life, leaving me to feel free for the first time ever.
Offers so much help and nice to have a friendly ear listening.
First experience w/therapy. So far, so good. I feel like Rhonda understands my goals, and gives me great suggestions on how to meet them.
Rhonda is very easy to talk to She gives great insight and is really helpful with suggestions to help you deal with your situation.
Rhonda is always understanding and accommodating. She has helped me greatly.
Words can not express how grateful I am to have Rhonda as my therapist. She has equipped me with so many tools to get through the toughest of times, and with those helped me build unshakable belief that I can get through anything. She is the best and I am so happy to have signed up. The impact she has had on my life has been so profound! Thank you!!
Working with Rhonda has helped me deal with stressors and make plans to achieve goals. She practices in such a way that it doesn't feel clunky like some CBT-using therapists have made it feel. She is a sympathetic ear, she asks the helpful questions, and she responds to my messages. I recommend Rhonda to anyone seeking counseling, for whatever reason.
Full of great advice
I sincerely appreciate this app, and for it puting me in touch with Rhonda. She just been most helpful in only three sessions. Thank goodness for her - and this apps' developers!

Rhonda and I have worked together on specific issues more than once. These month- or two months-long series of sessions have helped greatly. I've found her to be a wonderful listener who takes into account my thoughts and feelings, and makes it clear she has heard me. She helps me see issues more clearly and form plans for action. I recommend Rhonda yo anyone with any issue. I believe she would be helpful either in short-term or longer-term counseling.

Rhonda has done an amazing job with helping and guiding me through the process of healing and growth just in the past few weeks. Every week I look forward to our sessions and it has given me something to work towards. Lots of gratitude
So far I have confidence that I choose the right specialist, counselor for what I need to get to where I want to be emotionally and mentally.
Rhonda has been such an amazing asset to my life. She is always responsive, gives me space to think, and prompts me to understand different perspectives. She gives me the tools I need to bring with me on my day-to-day. I am so grateful for her.
Rhonda has been wonderful!! I feel she has really helped me make significant strides in the areas of self-care and interpersonal relationships.
There has only been one other “therapist” that has been able to directly give me the tools I need to explore myself in a way where I can grow and be successful. 16 years and 5 therapists that failed to help me navigate even light depression and relationship problems led me to an emotional repatterning program called Break Method that helped more than any therapy I had ever had. I was hesitant to do therapy again but needed support as a single mom and chose BetterHelp without much faith. The tools and assignments and accountability that Rhonda has for me is better than any therapist I’ve ever had. She validates the tools I’ve already learned and is able to hone in and send assignments that are truly opening my eyes to new parts of me I still had my eyes closed to. The tools she’s given me I’m able to go back to and use in new circumstances and they are truly able to help rebuild me from the inside out. Rhonda has been there when times are simple and I just need a soundboard and also when I’ve been in my depths. She truly is an experienced professional that is here for the betterment of self. I really enjoy working with her. She’s helped me in areas of depression, past trauma, current trauma, substance abuse, and single parenting just to name a few!
Rhonda is a great therapist- whose diverse experience in therapy helps me discuss multiple challenges with her. Better help is great too.
She has been great and I am so thankful for her!
Rhonda is responsive and is helping me sort through various crises that have occurred. She helps me think things through and be mindful.
Rhonda has been helpful in identifying problematic behaviors and thought processes that cause a lot of anxiety. She also has provided several tools/ways to redirect towards more helpful behaviors and thoughts processes.
Understanding and easy to talk to. Feels the support and that she really does want to help with whatever she can.
Thank you for listening and for creating a safe space for me.
Rhonda is the Truth! I highly recommend her to anyone. She listens and gives sound feedback and tools to manage real life issues. She given me everything I needed to feel empowered again. She is easy to open up too. She is a gift and you will feel better!
An absolute pleasure to work with. Always open to schedule changes and has great advice, tools and a wealth of knowledge to share. experiencing growth and seeing the work pay off has been incredibly satisfying and I feel so supported by Rhonda.
Too rough for over the phone/computer. Rhonda has a poor job picking up on the start of destructive behaviors. Definitely pushes clients too much for a non face to face session. Often felt less safe at the end of my sessions than beginning. All for a tough therapist but there’s an emotional and physical time and place for some stronger tactics.
Rhonda is a wonderful therapist who really listens but more importantly hears what I’m says. She remembers details from many sessions ago and is able to loop back on things from past conversations that I never thought would connect to what I’m brining up in a current session. Her insight is immensely helpful and initiative. After years of searching for someone I connect with I have found it, ironically virtually, with Rhonda. And, she is a straight shooter but with a soft touch. Can’t recommend her enough!
Rhonda is terrific. Practical, profesional yet genuine. I really feel like she’s on my team, but also pushing me to get better.
During a period of encroaching darkness, Rhonda has been a guiding light and safe place. When I needed someone to listen to me, she didn't just listen, she made me feel HEARD. Validated. She helped me to accept that boundaries are necessary and healthy, and that my needs are important, too. As I tried to make sense of the crazy in the world and my family, she asked strategic questions that forced me to challenge my own thinking and understanding. Our sessions left me feeling lighter, more calm, and less defeated. All this has translated to real and positive improvements in my life and relationships, and let me kindle hope for the future and appreciation for the present. I strongly recommend Rhonda, and deeply appreciate our time working together.
Rhonda is amazing. Her personality and voice are very comforting, and she really feels like a guiding friend! After a session with her you feel uplifted and more at ease. She gives direction well, and asks important questions. I enjoyed each of our sessions. You'll also leave your session with helpful worksheets. Thank you Rhonda!!
Thank you Rhonda for being so patient with me and understanding!
Rhonda is connected, responsive and genuine. I’ve been in therapy on and off for thirdly years and she is the best therapist I’ve ever had
My best friend has seen and heard how much Rhonda’s expertise, compassion, and respect has helped me! I’m more confident and feel like I’m moving forward everyday, and every week I learn more with her :) My bestie is starting therapy now too because of Rhonda’s amazing work!

Rhonda is incredibly warm, kind and pleasant to talk to. From the get go I felt like I was in a safe space, and that I could open up without feeling any judgement. We’ve only done two sessions so far but Rhonda has already helped me gain a better understanding of myself and a clear path forward - she picks up on things very quickly and asks great questions, helping me come to conclusions on my own. Overall very happy with this arrangement and excited to continue to make progress.
Rhonda has always been great to support me. She never makes me feel not listened to. She never makes me feel patronized. She always makes me feel like I can talk to her.
Rhonda is a very compassionate person. She listens and hears what I have to say, and is very helpful in suggesting ways to help in addition to counseling sessions. She is wonderful
Rhonda is extremely supportive and provides valuable input and exercises that I've been able to utilize immediately in my relationships and that have helped me adjust my thought process in a positive way. Highly recommend her.
Rhonda with an R is good people and a kickass therapist. She will challenge you and your inner child. Would definitely recommend 10/10 a good human and therapist.
She has been great so far, I have a ton of complex issues but she has had an applicable worksheet or exercise for me to work on. I came in thinking therapy was demeaning or better done as self reflection but she has opened my perspective and helped me acknowledge my irrationality.
Rhonda is great
Rhonda has taken the time to listen to my issues and concerns and quickly was able to help me identify how I would like to resolve them. She also takes in my rants about a day or week, and helps me to work through those as well, which helped me out quite a bit. It allowed me to go back to work with a clearer head.
Rhonda is open and empathetic and flexible in her feedback for the many splendored chaos of mental health! She stayed in contact w me even when I couldn’t stay on top of messages and keep appointments and jumped back into my world with calm positivity and words of wisdom when I was ready! I’m lucky she’s around and has learned so much to share!
She is great! Glad we were matched up.
