She is an amazing, caring, and thoughtful therapist whom is great at listening but will interject very helpful information and strategies when needed. Honestly most of the time she just lets me talk which is what I prefer but she definitely helps me when needed and I really appreciate her a lot. She really helped me find self love and confidence and strategies with how to cope with life in healthy ways. Really think she is doing such a service to her clients
Jessica is a phenomenal counselor--I feel so blessed to have been matched with her! I feel comfortable telling her anything and everything, and trust her 100% to be both supportive and truthful. Her responses show that she listens really well and also totally gets me. Some of her lessons have been subtle--I don't get all of them immediately. But she is very patient, and over time I am learning so much from her and learning so much about my own mental health challenges, boundaries, self-care, and navigating complex relationships.

I’ve only started my therapy journey for 4 weeks now & Jessica has been wonderful. She certainly has made me feel validated, valued & supported. Jessica's been very patient and helpful for me. It always feels like a safe, judgement-free space when I'm talking to her. Jessica has been wonderful! I had to switch therapists a couple of times because I was not connecting with previous ones. When I got matched with Jessica I told her that I needed to be challenged, what some of the other therapists said to me that were damaging and what I needed. She listened, heard my needs, and challenged me every step of the way. Some of our sessions were very emotionally raw and during them, Jessica would stop to check in and ask how I was doing. I liked Jessica's style. I left the session feeling lighter than when it started.
