Francis was a tremendous help to me over a 4 month period when I seeked out therapy. He was caring and listened but more importantly was intentional about setting goals and providing tools and methods for me to work on. He didn’t just provide a space to vent and talk about my struggles, he played an active role in getting me out of my situation and helping me recognize paterns and develop coping strategies. In my initial sessions I expressed that I thought it might take me 10 or so months to “get better”. Francis was quick to push back on that and urged me not to set expectations. After 3-4 months, I am really proud to have gotten through a lot of my heartbreak and depression issues, and while there is always more work to be done, I’m really happy with where I left things. I got my entire sense of self worth back, I was able to make new friends and lasting connections, I was able to help others around me and it was an incredible Experience. I’m very grateful to Mr. Prunier’s guidance and I look forward to starting this next chapter of mine!

very useful and kind
Fran was great. He listened, asked me questions that made me stop and think about how I was feeling. He validated those feelings, and pointed out ways to help me deal with them. He also knew our sessions were going to be limited, so he went out of his way to provide me with resources that would help me continue to work on myself. Enjoyed talking with him, it was like talking to a friend instead of a therapist.
Fran has helped me work through a very difficult after the fact period. I am eternally greatful for him and those who do this hard work.
