Robert is a true professional! I’ve never felt comfortable being in a therapy session but my first discussion with Robert went great and I felt completely at ease. Robert is very knowledgeable and shares what he knows in the way you ask for it, me being an IT guy, I’ve always been very process-results driven and Robert had a load of analogies and teaching methods that helped me make sense of behavioral traits and ideologies and how to apply them to help me make fundamental shifts in my way of thinking and approach to life. I would recommend Robert to absolutely ANYONE, he has been absolutely fantastic to work with.

Hi there! My name is Rob, and my passion is empowering people to transform their lives. I have over a decade of experience caring for people in settings like an outpatient clinic and hospital ER. People who know me and have worked with me would describe me as a warm, funny, skilled, and hardworking counselor who gets results. I have advanced training in several therapy modalities to help better facilitate your breakthrough. I draw on holistic and physical health based strategies to promote comprehensive growth and healing. When I am not helping people, I like to go to concerts, train for triathlons, and spend time with my family and pets.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
