April is incredible, from the moment I started with her she has been so encouraging, patient, consistent, wise, understanding and never judgmental! I came feeling so many unfelt emotions that were weighing me down on my day to day that left me feeling hopeless and not wanting to see beyond it. I feel a complete 180 from the way i felt this time last year when I started with her! in her patience I learned more about myself and reminded myself how to regulate my emotions/feelings in a beautiful way that not only let me back to myself but to Christ as well! Im very grateful for who she is in my currently life. I look forward to chatting with her weekly :)

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have been so impressed with her knowledge and extremely thankful for her support during a very difficult time in my life.
In my time in counseling I really enjoyed talking with April. She was very helpful and provided great insight. She is very caring and really wants what is best for you. I would recommend April to anyone.
April has been instrumental in my healing journey. She's helped me label my trauma and given me tools to help cope. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapy.
I mis marked my second question! My therapist gets back to me in a very timely manner! She is amazing and I had a break when I could not continue services and I found a way to connect with her again because she is so wonderful!
April is kind and patient. Her laugh is full of joy! She has a wonderful way of supporting me in coming back to the present moment when I'm feeling overwhelmed, stressed or worried. She has also offered me some great resources to support my wellness and mental health outside of our one-on-one sessions.
April is amazing and kind, she listens to my concerns and frustration as well as my wins and never holds any judgment when I repeatedly have the same barriers. She gives me the support I need and the safe place to share that helps the world not feel so heavy.
April is a warm counsellor who is always willing to listen. She is open to different ideas and perspective. Find myself improving gradually over time.
April is incredible! She is a kind, warm, calm presence and makes me feel like I can be completely open and trust her. She makes me feel heard and validates my feelings while providing advice to get through difficult situations. She is always available and checks in frequently. I would recommend her to anyone!
I have been to a LOT of therapists and none of them have ever helped me in the way that April has. She has changed my life in ways I never would have expected and I feel so comfortable talking to her and understood and accepted. She is an amazing therapist and I actually 100% would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who actually cares and wants to help. I am eternally grateful I found her and for how much she has done for me.
I think for the longest time I avoided therapy because I just didn’t think that it would work for me, but April proved me wrong and then some. I’ve learnt a lot about myself already, and I know that had I been paired with a different therapist. I probably wouldn’t have gotten this far. All I can say is be open and the rest will fall into place.
April always supports me in the moment and helps me gather resources for my next to steps as well!
i like april alot. i have done alot of counseling and she is the first that has offered suggestions and feedback and not just listened.
April is so good at listening and understanding. She lets me know that my feelings are valid and I feel better after speaking with her.
April is kind, caring, professional, and extremely good at what she does. I have noticed a huge improvement in my quality of life due in large part to sessions with her. Thank you April and thank you BetterHelp!
April listens and works to find ways to encourage me and help me in ways that will work for me. She is a great listener
April comes up with lots of solutions and she's a great listener
I already suggested to a friend they try it. I really find our sessions meaningful and healing. April has been amazing and I can tell she really cares. She offers tools and information that I can use and is a fantastic listener. I really think it is helping speaking with her and knowing there is someone who is on your team and willing and able to help me change my perspective and self image.
It's been helpful to process the mother son relationship with April. Parenting is an endlessly tiring job, but the encouragement and tools she's given me have been helpful. Her compassion is just what I needed after the pandemic parenting marathon I just endured with my boys.
April is a good listener, I schedule sporadically, but she remembers some of the issues that I mention and goes over things with me.
I felt a connection from my first chat with April. She is friendly, supportive and really helpful. It's easy to be open and honest with her, and I know she is really rooting for me. She makes me feel worthy.
April is such a kind, warm person. From the first time I spoke to her, I felt that she truly cared about me and wanted to help. She is easy to talk to and such a comforting presence, and I am so happy I found her!
I love working with April. She understands my needs and works to find what best helps me. I also find it very encouraging to have a counselor with the same Faith. April prayers with me and for me. She is great!
I absolutely adore April. I had no idea really what I was struggling with until she helped me pin point it and started working through things with me. Her expertise and guidance has challenged me to break out of my past dark mental state and progress into more of a healthy outlook. I couldn't have been more thankful that I got paired up with her because she is amazing and cares a lot about my well being and I am a more confident person today because of her encouragement.
April is a kind professional who helps you find the tools to tackle whatever you're going through. She is understanding and compassionate with some humor too. She has been such a big help for me as I work through grief and stress.
