More about Lana

  • 20 years' experience
  • Female
  • LICSW

In my practice of individual psychotherapy, I use a holistic systems framework that includes solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as mind-body medicine. My areas of interest include working with issues of self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress management, pain and chronic health conditions, and issues associated with life transitions. As a former service member of the Army I am also particularly interested in serving other members of the military and their family members.

I am amazed by the interconnectedness of the mind and body and the powerful ways in which we can participate in our own healing on all levels. I believe I can best serve those I see by employing listening, guiding and teaching techniques and practices that will support them in caring for themselves in the best way possible.
