Jennifer is an excellent therapist on BetterHelp. With my first therapist I wasn’t feeling heard or like I was receiving help with trying to find tools for my anxiety/depression. I was beginning to feel like I wasted my time and money trying to pursue therapy. But when I switched to Jennifer it was a weight of doubt lifted off my shoulders. She was fantastic at being present and digging deeper into what I was struggling with. A fantastic listener who offers great coping tools, perspective, and asks the questions needed to try and find healing. Very thankful for her and her amazing practice!
