Hey there!

Part of my journey through this life includes meeting and working with others just like you. As you share your story, we'll begin to understand and make better meaning of what's taking place and work to resolve the problem(s). I don't have the answer for all life's ups-and-downs in my own life; I'm still growing and learning each day. What I do offer is years of experience in walking beside others offering encouragement, challenging their thought process , and empowering them.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri, I've had the opportunity to work with numerous families, youth, and individuals. My approach is typically non-confrontational and relaxed, but I will step on your toes when you need to be challenged. I work for a public school and have many years experience with Special Education students, IEP's, and Evaluations. I've developed a recent passion for foster and adoptive families and victims of abuse.

My goal is to help resolve any problems so you can independent and resilient.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
