This has been the best decision I’ve made with therapy. Although you don’t have in person interaction feels more comfortable saying what you want over the phone, through video calls or through messages. Karen is a great listener, gives me a different perspective of things, gives suggestions on how I can move forward or options to help with the struggles. Would definitely recommend Karen Galvin
