Counseling is about you. Most people have a vision of what they want their lives to contain but don't know how to make the vision a reality. I provide a safe space where you can talk about fears, troubles, insecurities. Using a strengths-based approach, we will identify, set, and achieve goals. Creating a life for you, that is balanced and whole. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families & children who are impacted by a variety of conditions, who are struggling with life issues. Life balance is the goal and that is done through my work, with anxiety, depression, relationships, loss, trauma and children with behavioral disorders. Many people struggle with a variety of emotional challenges. I help people identify their strengths, then understand, experience and express their emotions in appropriate ways.

I can work with you through life transitions, help navigate stress, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, grief, and more. I have experience across all life stages from childhood through older adulthood. I work with children with behavioral disorders, emotional disregulation and help parents set boundaries.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
