Hello and Welcome! If you are here then I commend you in your bravery seeking assistance to help you to navigate things you have obviously found to be challenging. It is important that you know that you will not be alone in this process any longer. I will be here to collaborate with you, to listen and to help you to set goals and work towards meeting your desired outcomes. Being here demonstrates the internal strengths you have and I hope to work with you to continue to develop your strengths and resilience throughout the therapeutic process.
I believe in the dignity and worth of all human beings, and approach treatment and therapy from a strengths and resiliency based perspective. I like to collaborate with clients to achieve their ultimate goals and to help them recognize and take advantages of the many strengths that they have developed throughout their lives. I embrace the humanistic approach to treatment and feel that the therapeutic relationship is the single most important factor in therapy. I also work with individuals to challenge their long-standing thinking and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy/approaches, solution focused approaches, motivational interviewing while trying at all times to remain focused on person-centered approached to assist individuals in making long term changes they desire. My therapeutic style involves the use of humor, challenges, bluntness/directness and empathy. While this process is important it should also be fulfilling and pleasurable.
I have over twenty years of experience working with individuals in therapy and therapeutic settings. Some of my most rewarding experiences have been working with individuals involved in the criminal justice system who struggle with various issues including anger, trauma and substance abuse. I hope to bring the experience I have obtained in these areas to our therapy experience and to contribute to your desired future.

Kimberly is kind, clear and an incredible "active" listener
She's only been working with me for a short amount of time but I already feel so much better, she's very supportive and listens well. She's good at finding work sheets and finding what each person needs for their session. She's willing to work her schedule to be flexible to yours which is amazing! She's found me work sheets as I do better with visual "homework". She's always on time and is willing to just listen to you the whole session if that's what's needed. She's amazing to talk to and easy to open up to. She's kind and respectful and I personally enjoy her as my therapist. I would personally recommend her to others.
My first session went very well, & I think I had a breakthrough moment.
Kim is great, she's empathetic, respectful and has given me a lot of good advice that will likely stay with me for the rest of my life. I'm very grateful to her!
Kim was an amazing therapist! I was lucky enough to be matched with her from the start. She made me feel comfortable, safe and free to talk about anything and everything. She’s been amazing and I’m grateful for everything she’s helped me through!
For the first time in a long time I feel like I'm actually making progress on a cycle of self-doubt and stress. Kim's been incredibly supportive and has helped me a great deal.
Kim is doing great!
Thank you!
I’ve only been talking with Kim for so long at this point but she’s already been so great to me! Would absolutely recommend to anyone I know looking for therapy
Kimberly listens with an attentive ear and understands how to meet me where I am at and challenge me at the same time with my best interest in mind.
Kimberly was very attentive, and understanding to my needs. She comes highly recommended by me.
Kim is straightforward, honest and real. That's what I need.
Kimberly is a great, astute, and empathetic therapist. She's a great support network and also a wonderful challenge network!
Kim offer thoughtful, kind, down-to-earth advice. I get the impression she has seen a lot but she always seems upbeat. She offers hope.
Kim is Amazing! She got to know me better than I knew myself and gave me the guidance to see myself clearly and taught me that there was a better way to act and re-act to the situations I was struggling with. She turned my negative outlook into a positive outlook! She changed my life!
Thank you Kim. Kim is very helpful in suggesting ways to easily manage my stress.
I've only had a chance to meet with her once, so I don't feel like I can write a review with integrity until I've had more appointments w/ her.
I appreciate Kim’s flexibility given my chaotic schedule. Being able to have multiple options available for touching base has made me feel supported without an added stressor of an appointment in my days (unless I need one). Her ability to cut straight to some tangible solutions has been great compared to other therapists I’ve worked with in the past. Thank you!
She’s been very understanding and helpful!
Kimberly has taken the time and care to get to know both me and the issues I hope to work on. She has always been communicative and has shown both a desire and capability to understand more about my background and needs as a client, and as an autistc person her willingness to understand and learn about my neurodivergence has been a great boon to my progress.
Kim is terrific - I highly recommend her! Friendly, compassionate, wise.
Kimberly is great! Very supportive!
Kim is always kind, upfront, and realistic with me. She always had something helpful to teach me without being condescending. I appreciate how she always remembers details about my life from session to session and really makes me feel important during our sessions. I have gained so many coping skills and so much confidence in myself from working with Kim. Being matched with her has honestly changed my life.
Kimberly has helped many times and i would recommend her to anyone having trouble.
Wonderful and very calm. Thank you for all your help.
Kim is great, she listens and isn't pushy. She works with me and recognizes what I will and will not do
Kimberly has been a great help in navigating my personal emotional trauma, which I've had for years now. She's also great at making me feel good about how I feel and explaining why I feel the way I do. She's been instrumental in helping me dig myself out of my current depression and anxiety cycle. Thanks!
Kim is extremely supportive while still telling you like it is. She understands my priorities and helps me wrap my head around tough situations in my life. She gives good advice, but most importantly she is a great listener. I tried multiple therapists before finding her and I would never want anyone else now that I’ve met her.
Kimberly is a wonderful counselor. She is compassionate and she makes me feel extremely comfortable. She asks thought provoking questions that help me shift my perspective. I highly recommend Kimberly!
Kimberly is the real deal, straight shooter, patient and open minded.
Great therapist. Gives homework and constructive feedback. I feel comfortable with speaking to her and she doesn’t just ask how my week was. I like that we can work on things at a deeper level.
