My focuses in counseling and therapy is always to first get to know the person/ couple seeking assistance and working with them to offer an individualized treatment approach and plan that is specifically developed to help them to successfully address their needs and empower them to improve their lives. I am well versed in a number of treatment modalites including but limited to: Cognitive Behavioral , Person Centered, Psycotherapy and other therapuetic approaches. I most often find an Integrated Couple Therapy Approach which focuses upon the fact that to have a successful marriage/ relationship couples need to develop the ability to accept the unchangeable and change what can be changed. This realistic premise is at the heart of integrative couple therapy and works well in many instances and I beleive that drawing from a varity flexible intergated appraoch can be one of the best ways to have people take control of their lives and be successful! Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

He’s awesome and understanding
Thomas Patitucci is extremely patient and understanding. He offers different perspectives and insight, and has a lot of experience with many different issues. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he helps and works with and I personally feel that he will always give me advice that is best for me as a person. I highly recommend him for anything you might be going through. He helps you work on your issues in such a casual way, that you don’t even realize you’ve worked it out until you really take a look at where you started and where you are now.
Take the time to build a great therapist/patient relationship, and takes the time to get to better understand you. I really personally enjoy him and have been significantly improving thanks to his guidance.
He's a great listener, very personable and kind. I enjoyed every session and he really helped me in such a short amount of time! I really felt like a priority and that was awesome.
