Joanne has been an immense help to me in working on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression. Isolation and over-drinking. She’s experienced, practical and just plain nice. I’ve worked with a few different therapists off and on over the decades, and she was the perfect fit for where I was at when I called Better Help. I’ve come a long way since that call, and I’m very, very grateful to her.

I like that she respects my agency over my life, despite my struggles and weaknesses.
