Welcome! Let me introduce myself , I am a licensed clinical social worker on Long Island, New York and I have been practicing for over 35 years.

I have worked with clients that have experienced a myriad of life issues, including anxiety, relationship issues, stress, and depression, to name a few. I am a very warm, friendly and open therapist that values a “ patient centered approach” to therapy.

I endorse a holistic approach to therapy and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as mindfulness. I know it is not easy to begin this process of introspection, yet I also know the positive outcomes that can be achieved!

I also have experience working with addictions, and and family dynamics. I work in a Hospital setting, and enjoy the diversity of my job. On a personal note, I love being outdoors, and prefer being near or in the water, which I find so calming. For relaxation and fun, I kayak, attend concerts, films, garden, and take long walks/hikes with my sweet Golden Retriever.

I am available for sessions on Wednesdays after 6PM, and Saturdays 10AM-3PM, I can read messages and texts a couple of times during

the day, and will respond to initial requests within 24 hours.

This year in particular, has placed significant challenges on all aspects of our lives, and has created intense anxiety and uncertainty for many.

Let me help you become a healthier you..,

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
