Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

She is a very great therapist and has helped me greatly
I am very happy to have such a counselor. A woman that does not only have the educational knowledge and experience, but that can also share, help, guide and give a good advice about any situation from a daily life. Thank you very much! I'm so lucky to meet you
Thank you for everything you have done to help me obtain a better position against my family and having a great listening ear
She's a wonderful person and has really helped me
Makes me feel unbelievably comfortable, no judgement at all. Very kind, gentle, and patient. Doesn’t feel forced, just flows easy the way it should! A+ for my first therapist ever.
She’s been an incredible therapist in the short time I’ve known her. She is so kind and helpful beyond my expectations.
A great listener and an astounding therapist
Gaye is insightful and and excellent listener. She is supportive and reassuring
Gaye has been the best therapist I’ve ever had. She’s professional but still warm. Her experience with EMDR and her confidence in leading me through sessions put me at ease and helped me to trust her quickly. Therapy with her has made an enormous impact on my health and healing.
Gaye has been a fantastic support and has given me Excellent counseling. She is a wonderful listener and offers helpful tips and advice.
I’m a long way from done with her help, but so far she’s really great.
Gaye is a good ear to listen. I have only had a few sessions, but she lets you control your road. You decide what you want to talk about. Be honest with yourself, and her.
Fantastic. Very helpful!
Gaye has been such a great help working through a few PTSD and social anxiety issues. She was also a wonderful ear to just vent and reflect on the minutæ of weekly life. If you need someone to talk to, or have specific issues to work on, she is more than capable of navigating you through the forest. I highly recommend her, and thank her. I would still be with her if BetterHelp were affordable...
Extremely helpful, like talking to an old friend you haven't seen in a while.
I have been waiting for a counselor like this. She's professional, but still personable and easy to open up to. I find that I am able to be very honest in our sessions. Herr experience comes across in the way that she guides me through the heavy issues, and offers multiple options for the time between appointments when I need to cope or process on my own. I have made more progress with her in just a few sessions, than with my last therapist whom I saw for nearly 2 years.
Gaye is a great counselor. She knows a lot.
I enjoy my sessions with my Gaye
