I am a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I am a licensed independent social worker in Ohio (LISW) and clinical social worker in Florida (LCSW). I hold a certification in case management (CCM). My clinical work began in medical social work, providing therapy and care coordination to patients and families adjusting to chronic medical illness, disability, and loss. In 2020, I started Live, Balance, & Access Therapy LLC, where I expanded my work to support adults navigating new life paths and transitions.
I operate from a client centered perspective and use a combination of Solution Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients cope with challenging issues.
