Jim is great, he has literally changed my life. I've learnt to be kinder to myself through mindfulness and self-acceptance. I have a difficult past, with complex trauma. In my 30s I was diagnosed with ADHD; after years of treatment for depression and anxiety it was Jim who first recognised the symptoms - and very early on in our journey together! I will always be greatful for his support.

He’s amazing

Jim is fantastic to talk to and really helps me get to the root of what I’m trying to say as I spout 5 half sentences trying to explain myself. He is kind and funny and reminds me to stay kind to myself. I always end the session feeling like I understand me more.

I have never made so much progress with a therapist, I really appreciate everything Jim has done and is doing for me. He’s an amazing therapist !

Reviewed November 2021

James has provided such a high level of support. We focus on coping strategies which include both new practices introduced to me by James as well as evolving some of existing practices to help me more mentally. It feels like I am getting tailor made support and solutions with detailed context about how these can be helpful. James is easy for talk to and is still deeply insightful. He has helped me so much in this difficult time and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a practical approach to helping oneself.
