First is her lovely voice. Hers conjures up a smile. Next, It would be the things she has helped me to uncover; the roots of my anxiety and unease, never feeling quite adequate enough. I came originally for help with a work situation. What we have worked through is much broader than that! Should have done this years ago!

She’s great. She was warm and friendly right away. She always gets back to me quickly, sometimes more than once a day.
