I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I have been helping individuals and families for over 20 years. In that time, I have worked with individuals coping with concerns such as: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief and other transitions in life.

My counseling style is collaborative and I utilize cognitive behavioral, humanistic and solution-focused approaches. I believe that every person has the right and the capacity to live a happy and fulfilling life.
