I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have been working in mental health since 2008. I began my work in a preschool partial hospitalization program and a community outpatient program with children, adults, and families. I have also worked as a Family Based Services (FBS) therapist and director of the FBS program, as well. I co-founded Conshohocken Counseling Services in 2012 and have been enjoying providing clients with assistance in their life journeys since then.

My work includes but is not limited the areas of relationship difficulties, parenting, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavior, trauma, and grief/loss. I use Structural Family, Emotionally Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Play, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, as well as mindfulness techniques. Using some combination of these skills and techniques, I will help individuals, families, & couples resolve conflicts & learn new, more positive patterns of living.

I look forward to continuing my work in the field and helping you to make a difference in your own life.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
