I believe in meeting clients where they are on their therapeutic journey and using modalities that will best help the individual in front of me, I am eclectic in therapeutic approach and draw from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution focused practices as well as my training in positive psychology. I have worked with clients from five years to nine decades old. I have experience working in an eating disorder hospital, in a community mental health facility, with foster and adoptive families, and as an independent clinician with clients managing anger, anxiety, and a host of life challenges such as divorce, moving/ relocating, job shifts, and relationship issues with family and friends.
I enjoy helping people better understand who they are and who they are becoming, supporting them as they face the personal and interpersonal obstacles on this journey, and watching them discover how to love themselves for all of their strengths and vulnerabilities. People find me warm, engaging, and easy to talk with. I know that it can be difficult for some people to seek help and give themselves what they need and I strive to make this process comfortable.
I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
