I am a licensed counselor with 11 years experience in the mental health field working in a variety of settings including in-home, outpatient, crisis intervention, and community mental health. I have several years experience as a crisis counselor which has shaped my practice in utilizing evidenced based treatment modalities such as Cognitive - Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy techniques and psychoeducational strategies that are tailored to the client's goals. I work with those who have experienced depression, anxiety, family conflict, body image issues, self esteem, stress reduction, life transitions, grief/bereavement, parenting support, and career changes. I support the LGBTQ+ community. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and in the importance of empowerment. I believe that humans are built to renew, rejuvenate, and heal themselves and I look forward to helping my clients in their journey to become their best true selves. It is a courageous step to start therapy; I am looking forward to working with you!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

She is amazing
I’m still pretty new to this but after my first session with Kendrah a lot of my worries just melted off and it was the first time I felt my barriers come down so quickly with regards to talking to a new mental health professional. It’s been a hard journey getting help and I’m looking to see how much I can begin to help myself.
