So far everything is going well. I had one therapist when I first started this app but we weren't telling, then I requested a new therapist. I'm happy I got her. She listens to and understands.my concerns. She offers great advice and a variety of tools to better handle my situations. She's a great therapist

I have spent 15 years providing Individuals suffering with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and many other challenges. I have provided my services in families' homes, schools, hospitals, private office and telehelath platforms. I graduated from Marywood University in 2003 with a Master's Degree in Social Work. My approach is to develop a relationship with my client, spend time getting to know them and togethere work through solutions to improve their level of depression , anxiety, low self estem , family conflict and many other situations. During our time in counseling I am focus on learning about your strengths, goals, dreams, and obstacles that are stopping you from reaching your dreams and goals. The psychological approach I use is primariy based on the tenets (CBT) and is based on a concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensation is interconnected and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a vicious cycle. My experience, compassion and training has allowed me to see many individuals move closer to their dreams.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Migdalia is very professions, as she provides appropriate feedback and gives me things to process on my own. I love/hate the assignments she gives me, actually doing some assignments on my own time gives me more reflection time. ,
