Welcome and congratulations for taking a step toward a better you! My name is Felicia and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years experience providing therapy services in the state of South Carolina. I have worked in a wide range of therapeutic setting including: inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, intensive outpatient care and working in a private practice. I work with individuals affected by depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, and relationship challenges. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Counseling from Webster University. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I assist clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to identify possible dysfunctional thought patterns leading to self-destructive behaviors and beliefs. Through Motivational Interviewing (MI), I help clients to become motivated to change the behaviors that are preventing them from making healthy choices. Through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I support clients through developing skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation with the goal of clients moving toward happiness and fulfillment. In my leisure, I spend time with my husband and son. I also enjoy reading and singing.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Ms.Lee’s approach to therapy allows you to open up without holding back. She is very comforting and made me feel comfortable since Day 1 ! I truly enjoy each session and wish they were longer !!
Felicia is so kind and very calming and easy to talk to. She shared coping and cognitive behavioral tools with me that really helped me navigate stressful situations and manage anxiety that had become overwhelming.
Felicia Lee has helped me along with the short sessions we've had i just wish I can talk with her every week
I’m new to counseling and a little uneasy about the whole process but Felicia has been exceptionally supportive and understanding. She has put me at ease and I look forward to our sessions and it’s definitely helping me.
She knows what she's talking about and is extremely caring, and kind
Felicia is a brilliant counsellor and I felt so comfortable and safe talking with her. She has helped me to understand and think differently about myself in 3 months. Even with an abrupt ending (due to state law changes) she handled it with care and I feel able to put into practice the techniques learnt.
I'm so grateful to have had Felicia as a counselor. Her kindness, expertise, compassion, and insight were incredibly helpful and reassuring, and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Felicia!
Felicia was pivotal in my growth over four months. If not for licensing restrictions (only being able to serve SC) I would continue my services with her indefinitely. The tools she provides coupled with her genuine care for others and listening ear were invaluable. I highly recommend her and will miss our weekly sessions.
I was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks prior to working with Felicia. Once I started working with her, she was able to guide me back to normal and was honestly a breath of fresh air! I looked forward to our weekly phone calls and her expertise. She was able to make some great recommendations that helped with my current stressors and I have also been able to use with new stressors. I appreciate her so much and everything she was able to do for me and my family. My children have their mom back and my husband, his wife. It was a scary time for me, but thanks to Felicia, I’ve overcome that and hope to continue to do so in the future!
Fantastic, asked me questions that made me reflect and review where I was and what I wanted.
So far working with Felicia, has made me feel comfortable and confident she’s the right therapist for me. She has helped me work through various things and she truly listens during our session. I’m so blessed to have her as my therapist!
