Everything started out with Ms Fillmore to be great. She was very open-minded and attentive. We chatted frequently. After some time my work schedule changed she was not very flexible with me. Had two billing cycles, almost three with no sessions. It’s been about 2 months since we last chatted. Well wishes & hopes whoever reading this has a much better experience! :)

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Danielle is a wonderful listener, always remembers everything I ramble about and helps me to unpack and also pack up and tidy my loose thoughts. She gives me great homework so I’m not just delving into my usual thought processes throughout the week, and is really flexible too!
She really listens to help instead of just listening to respond. She also offers a judgement free zone which makes it super easy to unwind and work on yourself.
