I've been working with Blythe for almost a year now, and I love her to death. Due to our differences in schedules and being in different time zones, we haven't had an actual one-on-one yet. So as long as she doesn't mind my multi-page messages, I'm going to stick with her. She gets me. Thank you for opening your heart to me, Blythe. We'll chat soon.

My passion is working with clients seeking to overcome challenges and to deal with the adverse effects of addictions, abuse, trauma, transitions and all kinds of grief/loss. I believe that all people deserve to obtain the tools to overcome these challenges in a way that leaves them feeling empowered and independent. As a LCSW and M.Ed. with 20 years of experience, I am highly trained to integrate sound clinical interventions that utilize compassion, relationship-building and a gentle approach.
I adhere to the belief that, "Nobody's story is too painful to be heard or healed. Even yours." If you are lost in adverse patterns related to trauma, grief, mental illness or addictions, you are absolutely not alone and there is absolutely hope for you. I am available, consistent, engaging, and I would be honored to help you heal your pain and transform your story.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Blythe is understanding and great at helping determine causes. She really knows her stuff
I have been seeing counsellors my whole life face to face & it hasn’t been until starting to message with Blythe that I feel I am actually achieving something. 10/10 would recommend
Blythe is understanding and always makes it known that she is available to support me. She is always a 100% committed to helping people heal. She is one of the best counselors I've ever had.
Blythe Landry has been a lot of help in a time when I have desperately needed it! I didn't realize just how deep-rooted a lot of my issues are, and though I understand a little bit about my own trauma she's been helping me a lot with seeing things from a different angle. It feels like I've got someone in my corner trying to help me get myself to a better place, and I can't express in words how much of a relief that is.
I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Landry as my personal therapist and eye-opener as I like to call her! She immediately knew what we needed to tackle first after I threw a bunch of a information about my life. We identified a problem and worked together to find the solution. Mrs. Landry was encouraging, thoughtful and made me feel welcomed and comfortable the entire time. I was never ashamed and I never felt judged. I recommend her to anybody - especially people concerned with how online therapy would even work - which is how I felt! Although progress takes time I feel much better knowing the issues I have can be identified and it isn’t all in my head. My life will be changed for the better now.
So far I love writing back and forth. I'm looking forward to video or phone sessions too.
Very nice to talk to, helps get to the deeper rooted issue.

I feel heard, and it has helped immensely. I am looking forward to digging deeper into the issues we've discussed because I'm confident she can help me discover new ways to cope!
