Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Gwendolyn is very straightforward, honest and encouraging
Amazing, relatable, sensitive, engaging, approachable, insightful, knowledgeable, etc. She is a great therapist.
Gwen is amazing. She’s helped me through so much. I love having her as a therapist.
Nikki is both insightful and grounded in her approach. I’ve probably been to 6 therapists in my life, but none of them explained to me how to be a therapy patient. No one before Nikki grounded me in the balance between work in and outside of the sessions. And because we had that foundation she was able to gain a level of insight into me that no other therapist had ever come close to. She has given me simple yet sophisticated tools to make my life tangibly better.
She’s great. She always checks on me and nevera gives up on me even though I know I’m giving her a hard time sometimes. She’s helped me so much.
Ms Gwen is fantastic. I feel heard and understood. She is supportive and has given excellent advice and tools for me to handle the stress and anxiety in my life. 10/10 would recommend.
Gwendolyn is a very nice woman, however I was not exactly impressed with her as a therapist. I feel like I was talking to a girlfriend rather than getting professional help. Which would be fine, but I don’t expect much from a girlfriend and do expect more from someone who is in this career field. I’m also a stickler for punctuality, and she was late to every session.
Nikki was a wonderful therapist. I felt heard and supported in our sessions and she truly helped me grow through a very tough period in my life. Highly recommend.
I love Gwendolyn!
So far Gwendolyn has been a breathe of fresh air. I’m just getting started but just to have someone listen or read lol with biases and judgement is refreshing and I thank God for that!
