Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She’s awesome
April is a great therapist and really takes the time to listen. I was going through a very stressful/sad period in my life and she really took the time to understand my concerns/needs and advised the tools I should use to help me feel better and stay more grounded. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs someone to help them through a hardship in their life or just needs a professional opinion on your situation.
Thank you!!!!!!
April is the best!
I think April is a caring and professional therapist and has been a great benefit to my life as a whole.
April does a great job defining boundaries and setting expectations early on. And, as you continue to meet, she is very good at honoring those boundaries and expectations, as she helps you on your journey to getting better at helping yourself. As she says, “If you put in the work, you will see yourself improve.”
In the first six months, since starting therapy with April, I have appreciated her help and seen growth in many aspects of my mental health. Her methods around mindfulness have been very effective and helpful. I feel like I can trust her and that she cares about my case.

Sometimes you need to talk to your therapist when you are having high anxiety or stress in that moment and April has been there every single time I needed to talk to her. That really helps when you are having high stress/anxiety situations to be comfortable with technique to calm the anxiety down.
