Sarah was an awesome therapist! Every time one of my sessions was over I had the best day because we had talked through so many things!

L.O.·Mar 2021

Sarah is extremely patient and understanding. She listens to my concerns and confirms that she is understanding them correctly. We work on goals and a plan, both long and short term. I feel comfortable talking with her, and I feel like she cares about my well-being and has a treatment plan that fits my needs and abilities. I am extremely hopeful about seeing positive results as I've already felt relief with our first couple of sessions. I appreciate that she incorporates religion and my spiritual goals in our discussions, as requested by me. It is a great balance between clinical treatment and spiritual wellness which is something I didn't realize was an option but fits my needs extremely well. I look forward to our sessions and I'm looking forward to continuing to grow and learn about managing my mental health.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. Through the years, I have provided counseling counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, premarital couples and couples in settings that include schools, community mental health and private practice. I am currently focusing on adult women struggling with: anxiety, depression, grief/loss, difficult marriages, relationship conflicts, relationship betrayal and life transitions. My approach to counseling includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I am able to bring Christian Counseling into the therapy process upon request.

It is my desire to walk alongside you as you face life’s challenges and be a source of encouragement towards health and growth. I strongly believe there is grace sufficient and hope through the situations we face. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
