Hi.

My name is Regenia and I have over 10 years of working experience in the Mental Health Community,. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for a year and have enjoyed every experience I have had during this last year, especially the growth. I like to make my clients feel comfortable and provide a non-judgemental atmosphere.

I have experience working with those having Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder and Depression Disorder, but they are often in acute crisis. I have decided to provide therapy to individuals who are not in acute crisis, but needs assistance with daily crisis and traumas. Trained in Trauma Informed Care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brief Solution Focus, I hopes to assist you with navigating through your emotions, assist you with becoming aware of your inner strengths and educated you on how to learn how to adjust to your new norm. Existential Crises, Multicultural Issues, Stress, Trauma, Weight Loss Surgery and Work-LIfe Issues are a few specialized areas I am able to provide therapy. I like to utilize many different therapeutic techniques, because not one therapeutic technique is unique as you.

Regenia is absolutely wonderful. She supports me in a way that is authentic and gentle but she’s not afraid to call me out too. I’ve grown as a person a lot during my time with her.

I really appreciate the various modes of communication

Reviewed June 2021

I really like Regenia. Even when I’m not consistently doing counseling, her advice and support is still helpful. I’m glad to be back with her.

Reviewed May 2021

I do all of my sessions through chat, and I was worried about not connecting with my therapist due to it. Regenia is great though! She always has good advice and helps me stay accountable for my emotional wellbeing. We come up with achievable plans, and I love that! Note that I’ve done a LOT of therapy in my life and normally cope okay, but Regenia helps me push through the tough parts that come up. These couple of months would’ve been more negative if I didn’t have her.

Reviewed December 2020

Regina Roach has thus far been very encouraging with how I am to become more vocal about setting boundaries in my relationships and celebrating my small victories with me. She is very committed to my progress and has connected with me so that she can be my biased cheerleader while keeping my perspective in reality.
