I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in Texas with over 3 years of experience working with women issues, single adults, persons going through divorce, college students and career professionals. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including loneliness, situations that causes anxiety, relationship barriers and communication, career challenges, women issues and insomnia/sleep . My counseling style is warm, interactive and non-judgmental. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels but with validation.
