Manuel is a great therapist. He provides techniques that can assist you with your struggles. He provides a clear path to improving your mental health. I would highly recommend him to anyone struggling with mental health.
Manuel has been extremely helpful for me, we have only ever texted but even with just that he has helped me make many improvements to my life. He always has some kind of advice no matter how bad a situation is. Some problems in life are unavoidable and I feel he helps me deal with them better than I would’ve before.
