Sydney Crane has now been my therapist for just over a year now. She has been my coach, mentor, conscience, and my thought provocateur. She has asked hard questions of me and has held me accountable to my authenticity, vulnerability, and transparency. I deeply appreciate her, and I value her opinion and insights above and beyond all peers, colleagues, and friends. She is the consummate professional and I have a deep abiding trust and respect for everything she has conveyed to me. She continues to support me and assists me in achieving the best outcomes on my behalf.

SYDNEY CRANE has been by my side for the last 7 months as I navigate the grief and loss pattern of distress. For the first three months, she was the only person I spoke with. Her ability to keep me talking to her was apparent in her questions and her thoughtful responses to my own questions. Sydney has kept me safe and secure and has met me on my level of intellect. She has ever been respectful, genuine, and truthful in her assessments. She has my welfare in mind, and she has always kept my confidence in her expertise to see me through this path. I trust Sydney, she knows things about me no one has ever heard; I respect her, she meets me at every thought, helps me wade through the weeds, tarpits, and quagmires. She's usually standing on the other side with a clean towel to wipe off the grime. The rest of the time she's pointing toward the showers. I wouldn't trade her for anyone else, and I'd recommend her for anyone who has the similar concerns I've had. Thank You Sydney, You've provided me with exactly what I needed to stand up. I am eternally grateful.

Hello! My name is Sydney and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas. I am currently the assistant clinical director at a children's behavioral health clinic. I also do some work at a non-profit hospice providing bereavement and grief recovery services to patients and families. I am always appreciative and humbled by the vulnerability people are willing to share with me to better process and explore issues they are wanting to work through. I use a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning that my clients are always the experts in their lives, and I am simply a facilitator and guide to help navigate challenges and help people reach their goals and utmost potential. I work from a systemic perspective of therapy which observes relationships, physical, mental, emotional health, and spirituality. I look forward to getting to know you and work with you!

Sydney has been amazing to work with! I came here at a time in my life where I could have gone down a pretty dark, unfulfilled path, but the work she and I have done has pulled me up and set me on a path to a much brighter future.
