Tina was a really good match for me. She knows a lot about theory and different therapies and was happy to share her knowledge of any content I was curious about. What I appreciated most about Tina was her letting me meander from session to session until I was ready to talk about something and how accurately she was able to relate examples of something we were discussing to my life and my experience so that I clearly understood. I give Tina 5/5 as a counselor.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She's been absolutely amazing!
She is literally the best
Tina has helped me deal with very complicated challenges. I'm very thankful to have her insights when I am blinded by the fallout from events that continue to unfold.
I haven't had time to have many sessions with her but she does seem to know what she's doing and she doesn't seem to know how to diffuse my emotions and talk about what really matters and I appreciate that
She’s just the best honestly
In the short while that I have been seeing Tina she has helped me understand so much of myself. She is empathetic, listens, and is just easy to talk to. I love her and really don’t know what I would do if I wasn’t seeing her.
Tina is the best. Originally, I was hesitant on a female therapist, I hope that’s okay too admit. But she’s been exactly what I’ve needed. I’m grateful for our conversations
Helpful, thoughtful and kind I feel like I can talk to her about any concerns I have.
Tina has been instrumental in helping me face several life challenges, ie the one I originally started seeing her about as well as others. It's been a positive experience and I've learned how to look at tough issues more carefully.
Tina always has some amazing insights of what I’m struggling with. I have loved her thankful prompts everyday in November.

Tina is a great listener/reader. She asked alot of questions that promote a lot of thinking about things I didn't think about before so that I can see things in a different light. She is respectful, friendly & doesn't judge but helps me process my feelings & situations & offers great solutions. It was a good experience.
She's such a good listener, and I love that she sends me a recap of our sessions, as well as checks up on me often.

Tina is great. She is a very qualified therapist—my very first video conference with her, I had several life-changing realizations. The fact she was able to help me in that very first session really speaks to her talents as a therapist. She responds quickly and reaches out often to check in on how I’m doing. I also really like how she sends me recaps of what we went through.
