I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with over 10 years of experience working as a Mental Health Therapist and my pronouns are she/her. I have worked with people of all ages and with a wide range of concerns including serious mental illness, depression, anxiety, loss and grief, self-esteem and identity issues, relationship issues, impulsivity, and trauma. I have also worked with people who have a history of self-injurious behaviors and thoughts of suicide.

I specialize in helping young adults between the ages of 18 and 30. These years can be challenging for young adults experiencing life transitions, learning to be independent, and taking on new adult roles. Often this can bring up added stress and anxiety and I am here to help by supporting you and assisting you identify skills to help you succeed.

I believe in providing a safe and warm environment and meeting my clients where they are at with the freedom to explore and process without judgement. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Your goals are important to me and I will tailor a treatment plan to meet your needs.
