Stacy is exactly who I need on my side. She has a keen sense for what I'm NOT saying but SHOULD, and knows the perfect balance of when to push me harder and when we need to take a step back. She checks in via messages frequently and is always fun, engaging, and easy to talk to. I always feel so empowered after a session with her!

Stacy Gooden is an attentive listener and has made it possible for me to see clearly when my situations seemed confusing and unclear. She is kind and makes me feel safe in talking with her about anything that I need to work out. She’s been so helpful multiple times that Ive finished the sessions early to process the revelations that I’ve come to with her help, during our sessions. I feel better after our communications. More in control of my direction and more confident to go conquer whatever it is I’ve got ahead. She’s a really good counselor and I’m grateful that I’m able to reach out anytime day or night because of this app.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
