Dr. Brené Brown says "When we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brave new ending.", I believe this to be true and work with clients to create new endings through understanding our own stories, identifying triggers to block our growth, and identifying steps towards achieving desired outcomes. I provide a relatable, empathic, and calming approach. Because each person holds unique qualities and circumstances, I work to holistically understand clients and tailor the counseling experience around clients' specific needs and desires.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I've said this before, but Jill is great. She's very understanding, she listens and above all, is empathetic. It's nice to feel "heard" and feel like somebody is in your corner.

I worked with Jill over the timespan of 15 months and my life has changed entirely in that time. Her open mind, listening ear and kind, understanding guidance has helped me to overcome so many struggles, some of which I never expected to overcome in my lifetime in such a relatively small timeframe. If there is ever another opportunity or need for counseling in my future life, I'd be glad to work with her again.

Reviewed April 2021

What can I say, I've talked to Jill for about 8-9 weeks. She knows some of my worst fears, some of my worst secrets...she knows about pretty much everything that goes on in my head. She's really easy to talk to, and always seems to know what to say. She's got great advice, but only if you're willing to hear it, and take it to heart. She's really only been my only counselor, but I feel a connection with her and I enjoy our sessions. I'm just a random guy who needed someone to talk to, and fate gave me Jill as a therapist, and I'm glad the dice rolled that way. She's great, and I would highly recommend her to anyone else that struggles with being a young parent, a business owner, AND an employee.

Reviewed April 2020

Jill was very understanding and kind. She took the time to get to know me and my situation. I never once felt uncomfortable sharing information with her. She always talked to me with concern and compassion.

Reviewed April 2020

Jill is wonderful! She messages me usually very quickly and sometimes it surprises me when she answers because I wasn't necessarily expecting a response so soon. She's listened to whati I've told her and even has suggested a few things. She understands my concerns and gives specific answers rather than blanket statements or just general advice. She's always been kind. I appreciate her attentiveness and her caring attitude towards what's going on in my life.
