Very kind and helpful
The time I have spent with Michelle has been crucial in these past months. Things were heavy. Her skills with patient cues over the internet are well honed, it seems she intuitively knows when to let me word vomit & when to interject with advice that is genuinely helpful. I feel very comfortable talking with her, like I am sitting in the same room. She invites me to think about things in a logical way, instead of annoucing a list of expectations. She is very much appreciated for her skills & time. Using BetterHelp to connect to Michelle has been a great experience so far. I was a little relunctant at first, as I am new to using an app for this kind of thing. But it was very shortly after I recognized the freedom to get the help I need, when I need it. I find the list of options in which I interact with Michelle very useful and help with recording key moments throughout the day. The journal & it's options are perfect for getting organized and started on a better path.

Michelle did an amazing job at working with me, but also not allowing me to get away with anything either. I highly recommend her to anyone as she is extremely responsive and used tools and worksheets to help me and my situation for about 6-7 months with major results. Michele is extremely professional while also being personable which makes the best combination for a therapist in my opinion. I am very happy with my results due to her efforts and advice.

I have only spoke with Michelle for about 2-3 months now, but I can confidently say she does an amazing job. She listens well but also adds advise/critical thinking/speculation where it is needed. I am a first timer when it comes to therapy and Michelle has done an amazing job at welcoming me and checking in on my progress. 10/10 in my perspective and she is the reason I will continue to pay and participate in BetterHelp.
